Can I have my order delivered anywhere?
Yes - we can deliver to any address supplied - it does not have to be the same as the cardholder's address. However if purchasing with a UK issued card but shipping abroad you will still be liable for VAT charges.
How do you send my order?
We dispatch all UK orders by Royal Mail first class and all international orders by Airmail. Due to this we cannot specify a time or day for delivery, or follow any specific instructions for the delivery of your order.

When will I receive my order?
Once we have received notification of your order we will check the details and change the order status to “Processing”. This confirms that we have received your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. As soon as your order is dispatched your order status will change to reflect this and you will receive an email confirmation. Please see the following table for estimated delivery times.

I have not received my order yet – what do I do?
Firstly please check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on “Order History”. Check that the order status reads dispatched. This will inform you when the order was sent. Please check the delivery times above for information on when you should receive your order after this. Please note that these are estimated times and we cannot be responsible for loss or delay of your order once it is held by the delivery agents. Delays do happen and hopefully your order will arrive within the next few days. If after 14 days after dispatch it has still not arrived please contact us, when we will be able to try and trace it. If you did not order through our online store please call us and we will let you know when your order was dispatched.
I have received my order but there is something missing/incorrect. What do I do?
If your order has been damaged or partly lost in the post the responsibility lies with the delivery agents and we advise that you contact them for further advice. If we have supplied an incorrect title please contact us by email or phone and we will rectify the situation.
