Our online store accepts payment by most debit and credit cards from all countries (excluding Amex). We also accept cheques drawn on UK banks in British pound sterling. We can also accept BACS payments for invoiced orders.

Please use a converter such as www.xe.com if you wish to see the equivalent costs in your own currency. Please note that your card issuer may charge different rates for conversion to pounds sterling.

There are two ways in which you can pay for titles.

Individuals (home users) purchasing our titles :
You can pay by most debit and credit cards via our online store. You can also place an order at the store and print off a form to send to us with a cheque payment if you prefer. Individuals buying our titles must supply payment BEFORE the goods are sent out.

Business/Company purchasing :
If buying on behalf of a company, including hospitals and doctors surgeries, you can pay in the same way as individuals via our store (see above), or we can arrange for you to receive your order with an invoice for payment by BACS transfer or cheque. Please see the "Shopping" FAQs for information on how to go about this.

Please note : If you are purchasing through the online store and paying by cheque you must send the order form with cheque to us before we will process the order, regardless of whether you are a business or individual purchaser.

We are able to deliver to any name and address, however when paying by credit or debit card the cardholder's address you supply MUST match that which is registered to the card you are using for payment, else the payment may not be successful and will cause a delay in processing your order. The cardholder's address can be found on statements supplied by your card issuer.

To make sure you don't have to type the same information twice if both addresses are the same, simply check the box next to "Same as Delivery address?" Under the Cardholder's details during checkout. You may also save and reuse supplied addresses to save time for future purchases.
