Can I return titles to you if I don’t want them?
If you have received your order and do not wish to keep the title(s) or they were bought in error we will accept a return if the following conditions are met :

1. The goods have not been used in any way, including making of copies.

2. They are returned in their original condition, in original packaging with no damage.

3. If originally shrink-wrapped that this has not been removed.

4. They are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Can I return titles to you if I don’t like them?
Unfortunately once goods have been used we cannot accept them for return. Please check information regarding our titles and the relevant requirements for use before purchase.
How do I return items?
Please contact us by email or phone and we will advise you on how to return items. All returns will be refunded for cost and price of original postage paid for return by the method originally used for payment. We do not return original postage costs or cover postage costs for returning the item(s) unless faulty (see below).
I can’t get the title(s) to work properly – can you help?
If you are having problems with a disc please check the specific support pages relevant to the title in question for technical help. Check your computer/DVD system matches the requirements for the product you have purchased, and that you have followed any instructions carefully. If possible test the disc on another computer/play back device to be sure.  If you are experiencing technical problems that are not covered in the support section, please contact us for further help.
I think the disc is faulty, can you replace it?
If you think the disc is faulty and have tried all possible technical fixes, you can return the disc to us for checking. Please contact us for assistance.

We will exchange any disc that is found to have a definite fault. We cannot exchange discs that are merely unsuitable for your computer system. Please make sure you check the system requirements of all products BEFORE purchasing. We cannot accept discs bought in error that have been removed from their shrink wrapping.

If the returned disc is found to be faulty we will replace it at no extra cost. We will refund any postage price incurred for return of faulty discs but NOT for unwanted discs.
