How do I buy titles from you?
If you are an individual purchasing for home use :
To buy through our online store first locate your chosen title(s), either via the front page of the site or from the "Titles" section of the site. Having located a title, click on the “Buy Now” button in the information box at the top of the page. This will add the title to your “Shopping Cart”, to which you can add other titles. From here you can then go on to pay by credit/debit card online, or produce an order form for posting payment to us by cheque.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, GP surgery, hospital, PCT etc :
You may buy through our online store (as above) with a debit/credit card or cheque directly, or you can submit an order to us to supply you with titles along with an invoice for payment. To do this, please post, fax or email to us a headed letter or official purchase order (if used). We will send out your requested titles with an invoice for payment by BACS bank transfer or cheque within 28 days. On your order please specify the title(s) and quantity desired, a delivery address and invoice address (if different) and a contact telephone number.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
The information box on each title's page will show stock status and you will be able to “Buy now”. If you wish to purchase a large amount of a particular title please call us on 0116 2855980 and we will be happy to discuss the order with you.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We do not have the facilities to take actual orders via telephone. Please make your purchase through our online store.
Why do I have the register all my details with you?
When you register it enables you to shop quickly, be kept informed of your order’s status and to keep a record of all past orders you have placed with us. If there is a query, it helps us to contact you quickly and easily to ensure there is as little delay as possible fulfilling your order. Please see our privacy FAQs for more information.
What if I want more than one of a title?
Once you have clicked on the “Buy now” button to add the item to your cart, and registered or logged into your account, you can view your cart using the links in the menu bar. This will keep you informed as to the quantity of items in your cart at any time. When viewing your cart you can change the value in the quantity box for the title(s) and click on “Update Cart” to confirm this. The total price will also be updated to reflect the changes made. When you are ready to pay, click on “Proceed to checkout”
What if I do not live in the UK?
If you do not live in the UK you do not pay VAT on your purchases. When you register an account at the store and buy our titles you will see prices shown excluding VAT. Postage charges will be higher and will vary according to your location. Please see our payment and delivery FAQs for more information.
How do I cancel an order?
Your order is placed once you confirm payment and you receive a confirmation e-mail from our site. If you change your mind once you have received this e-mail you can log into your account and view your order history. Until the status of an order has been changed to dispatched, you can cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button alongside the order line. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been cancelled. We do not take payment until the goods are dispatched. If your item is already marked as “dispatched” please follow our returns policy if you do not wish to keep the title(s).
I am an NHS employee but it is not showing my discount!
This is because you have not yet registered your details, or logged in (if previously registered), so the store does not know to offer you the appropriate discount.
Once you have logged in, or registered with the store and stated your NHS status, your basket contents will automatically adjust to reflect any appropriate discount.
