I cannot log in to the store. It keeps asking for my password over and over.
This could be due to :
1. Your password is incorrect. We cannot remind you what your password should be, but if you wish to get a new password to try, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the sign in page and try the new password you receive.
However it is more likely that :
2. You do not have "cookies" enabled in your internet browser. These are internet files that allow passage of information through to the HSBC server. To check that you have cookies turned on, go to our main page - www.ocbmedia.com. If you see a pink bar with red writing (above the images of our 2 DVD titles) warning you you do not have cookies turned on, please follow the instructions here - http://www.google.com/cookies.html in order to turn them on, and then try to sign in again.

I am an NHS employee but a particular item shows up as the full price in my basket.
This is because you are not yet registered with or signed in to the store.
Once you have registered an account for yourself and declared your NHS status, or have signed in if you are a previous user, the basket prices will change to reflect this.
Please note - if you registered with us before April 2006 and are an NHS employee you may need to amend your account details to include your NHS status after signing in.
