Spotting the Sick Child does not play correctly or at all on my computer
Check the following;
- Ensure your disk drive is DVD compatible
- If your disc does not play automatically, locate your disk drive folder and double click to begin
- Ensure you have DVD playing software installed on your machine. You will find this on the discs that came with your computer (or DVD drive if bought separately), or you can download products such as WinDVD, Power DVD or DirectDVD Pro
Spotting the Sick Child does not play correctly or at all on my DVD player
Check the following;
- Check that your DVD player is capable of playing region 2 DVDs
- Use a DVD cleaning cloth and/or a DVD cleaning disk to ensure your player is giving optimal performance
- Check the manufacturer's website for hardware upgrades
