Paediatric Cardiovascular Examination
There are many good textbooks of Cardiology but they all suffer from being unable to convey the highly ‘audiovisual’ nature of this medical speciality. This CD-ROM has been designed to overcome this drawback by using a wide range of multimedia tools in order to demonstrate clinical signs, explain common investigation and illustrate pathophysiological concepts.
We have included many clinical video and audio clips, echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, angiograms, and X-rays, and combined these with drawings and animations to illustrate and explain common concepts in Paediatric Cardiology.
We anticipate that this CD-ROM will prove to be of interest not just to junior doctors but to all healthcare professionals with an interest in cardiovascular medicine.
